A strong, square foundation will help cast your work in the right direction. It is important that your foundation is built to or exceeds engineering specifications and adheres to Florida Building Code requirements. Conversely, improper slab placement can create headaches that may never go away.

A very important step in building anything with enclosed space, keeping water and the elements out!  Windows and Exterior Doors are installed. The walls are wrapped with a vapor/moisture barrier, and the roof is membraned. Always check for leaks prior to concealment!
